Martina Fuchs: Interview by Kamil Grund

Kamil: Your work spans music, wellness, and global impact. How has your personal journey shaped the vision for The Frequency School and its mission to unite people through sound and healing? Martina: Originally from Switzerland, I am a global citizen who speaks 9 languages and has worked as a TV and business journalist across the Middle East, China and Europe. Yet today, I believe that I have found a language more powerful than words: music. My purpose and driving force in life is to create a positive impact in the world for the present and future generations. My vision and mission are to connect people from all walks of life and to bridge between different cultures through the power of the media and the universal language of music to foster cultural understanding and hopefully contribute to more peace and humanity. With the Frequency School, we are on a mission to bring sound healing frequen- cies and their benefits for mental health and overall well-being around the world. Our pioneering initiative is designed to harness the transformative power of music for the holistic development of people, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. Through services like music therapy, education, and performance, we empower individuals to lead balanced, healthy, and fulfilling lives. In 2024, we set a new Guinness World Record for the title: “Most nationalities to contribute vocals to a musical recording (single song)”. The “195” is the first song in history featuring women from all the world’s 195 countries and using the 528 Hz ‘Love‘ sound frequency. Our vision for this powerful and universal campaign was to raise awareness about gender equality and the rights of women and girls and to ignite a global movement uplifting people. One woman in every one of the world’s 195 countries recognized by the United Nations just said one word: “EQUALITY” in her national language or native tongue and sent in her voice and video recording. On 11/11, we launched the first World Frequency Day which is a new internatio- nal day marked on November 11 every year to promote harmony, mental wellness, and collective connection. The global moment is celebrated at 11:11 AM and 11:11 PM local time across all time zones, creating a powerful symbol of unity and in- clusion. Our goal is to expand globally and open Frequency Schools around the world. With our Impact Initiative we are building music studios and wellness labs in under-served communities to give young people practical tools to regulate stress, improve focus, and build confidence in ways that feel engaging, accessible, and relevant to their lives. Beyond that, we aim to create immersive art installations and design spaces emi- tting sound and light frequencies.
