Leadership & Human Potential
circumstances and becomes something you produce within yourself, uncertainty stops being a liability and starts becoming leverage. Kamil: Looking ahead to future trends, what do you think will be the most important skill or mindset shift people need to succeed in the next decade — and how do you prepare clients for it? Mariola: We are moving from an information economy into an integration economy. Everyone has access to knowledge now, and AI is only accelerating that. So the future advantage is no longer what you know. It is how clearly you can think, decide, and act while everyone else is drowning in input. More information does not automatically create better judgment. Very often, it creates more noise, more hesitation, and more fear. That is why the premium skill of the next decade is internal command - the ability to filter signal from noise, stay grounded in complexity, and move without being paralyzed by constant data. This is exactly what I prepare my clients for: strengthening the internal operating system required to process, decide, and execute with precision while the world keeps accelerating. Because in the next decade, the ultimate competitive advantage will not be knowledge. It will be clear judgment under pressure. Kamil: In the era of artificial intelligence and rapid human–machine integration, do you believe that mastering the subconscious mind and inner awareness is becoming more essential than ever? Inspired by philosophies such as Bruce Lee’s “Be like water,” do you see adaptability and inner discipline as the true competitive advantage of the future?
Because sustaining excellence is never just about working harder. It is about learning how to generate a new internal reason to rise each time the old one stops being enough. Kamil: As a TEDx speaker and coach who integrates subconscious work with strategic action, how do you balance deep internal transformation with tangible results in business or career growth? Mariola: I do not see deep internal transformation and tangible external results as two separate conversations. In elite performance, one drives the other. You can have the best strategy in the room, but if the state executing that strategy is reactive, fragmented, or misaligned, results begin leaking-through slower decisions, inconsistent follow-through, missed opportunities, and leadership fatigue. That is why my work is not coaching in the traditional sense. It is activation through alignment, which is the foundation of my ALIGN CODE™ Method. I help leaders remove the invisible drag that keeps them from accessing their highest level of discernment, strategic range, and consistency when it matters most. Once that drag is removed, the external shifts become measurable very quickly: execution speeds up, decisions sharpen, revenue- producing action becomes more decisive, influence strengthens, and the burnout patterns that quietly tax growth begin to fade. That is when external results stop depending solely on effort and start moving with a very different level of force. After working with thousands of high performers and measuring the direct correlation in their results, I no longer see this as theory. The pattern is too consistent to ignore: when a leader begins operating from a fuller level of resourcefulness, results accelerate in ways strategy alone rarely produces. Kamil: You’ve recently commented on leadership at global forums like WEF26 — emphasizing the importance of asking the right questions. How do you help teams and individuals shift from seeking certainties to embracing uncertainty as a leadership advantage? Mariola: Most leaders are conditioned to believe certainty will come once the environment becomes clearer. That is one of the most expensive myths in leadership. At the level where major decisions are made, external certainty is rarely complete. Variables move too fast, information is always partial, and leaders who wait for the landscape to settle are usually reacting, not leading. Certainty has to be generated from within before it ever appears externally. Imagine being able to stay clear, decisive, and strategically sharp while everyone around you is still waiting for more proof. That is the work I do with leaders and teams: activating a state where intelligent questioning remains available even when conditions are unstable. Once certainty stops being something you request from
