“ Highly capable people rarely plateau because they do not know the move. They plateau because part of them does not yet feel safe sustaining the cost of the next level. ”

Mariola: Let me ask you a question: in this disruptive era, do you want to survive it, thrive in it, or define the game? I prepare my clients for the third. Artificial intelligence is making information common. What will remain uncommon is the leader who can stay discerning, resourceful, and strategically composed while complexity keeps increasing. More data does not automatically produce better judgment. More often, it produces more noise, more hesitation, and more fear. AI can generate options. It cannot govern your internal state, stabilize your discernment, or access the deeper levels of awareness from which breakthrough solutions emerge. That is what I prepare my clients for: operating from a deeper level of inner mastery and human resourcefulness. In the decade ahead, that will be one of the clearest separators between those who merely keep up and those who define what happens next.
